Can I return custom cut farbric?
We don't typically accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless we made an error or there is a problem with your item. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
On cut fabric, if we agree to a return, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a partial refund.
If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package
If I am approved for a return, what is your policy?
Refunds will not be given on returns without prior approval. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned fabric. The fee is necessary to cover the cost of the return: processing your order, shipping your order, receiving and processing your return, adding return to inventory and because most returns must be resold at a discount. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded.
Returned fabric must be in original condition. (Un-cut, unwashed, smoke/odor-free, unmarked, etc.) We take care to ship your fabric to you unharmed and appreciate you doing the same.
We cannot accept returns on any books, patterns, notions, precuts or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.
What are the shipping costs?
On orders placed through Etsy, shipping is $5.
